Have yet to have a bad experience think getting seen quickly is nice compared to the VA where it can take months at times

I’m not sure about all the negative comments I have been a patient of Dr. Aurora for over 10 years and have nothing but positive comments about him and his staff. They were more than willing to continue seeing me after I lost my insurance and made arrangements for payments over a long period of time until I was current. They have always been kind and caring towards myself and family. I will always continue to recommend his practice to anyone who will listen. He has identified and relieved my symptoms completely.

I have never seen such incompetent office personnel.After my appointment early this year was canceled due to COVID-19 I was told the appointment will most likely have be in June and they will contact me. I was called on June 15 finally for them to tell me my appointment was going to be June 19. So I make plans for the short notice only to get there and find out that they mistakenly left out instructions I needed for the procedure. I then rescheduled the appointment for the following Monday and was told they would email me the instructions. I did not get the instructions and had to cancel my next appointment that following Monday. Each time I talk to these people they acted like I was a brand new patient they had never talk to before. I am to the point now I am very skeptical of using these people and so I am biting the bullet and going elsewhere. I’ve never seen such a disorganized medical office.

I always go here, have used for years. Dr.Arora is great, follow up is great. Staff is very considerate, nice. Very clean. About 1week wait,unless need immediately, that's ok too. No referral needed. Call and ask.
