First of all, very kind and courteous. They listened to my rambling and were very kind and not dismissive. I don't remember the young lady's name at the front desk or the one that helped me, and listened to me, in the back but she was awesome!! Dr was very informative and answered all my questions. Thanks guys. Wonderful, wonderful staff!

Wonderful doctors. Wonderful staff. Great services over several visits. They have provided me everything from cleaning and fluoride treatment, to caps, to making a guard for me to sleep in (I grind my teeth). I'm glad I found them and will continue to use them.

Oh, I'm so disappointed to have to write this review. This was previously Dr. Randall Brown's practice of which I was a patient for over a decade. While the hygienists are still there and still wonderful, the office staff and doctors have changed. Dr. Sitton was fine, but there was no notice to those of us who were already patients that the insurance affiliations of the office have changed drastically with the switchover.nnLast year, a D2392 service on tooth 4 cost me $19.80 out of pocket. The proposed cost for this year out of pocket would be $158.40 for the exact same service on tooth 3. When I called the office to verify that they had my correct insurance on file, the office staff finally informed me of the change. It is fine to change insurance affiliations to charge more money, but it is not okay to fail to notify your existing patients being carried over from your purchase of an existing practice. With notice, I could have switched my insurance over for next year, but now it is too late.nnWhen I notified the office staff of the drastic change in out-of-pocket costs, the office employee was curt and rude. Since she refused to believe that I had the billing information from last year showing the shocking difference, I have posted that information with this review. I have covered the original pricing out of respect to the office, which is more respect than they have offered their long-standing patients. I have cancelled future appointments and I will no longer be a patient for this practice.

New staff maintains the high level of competence and patient care established by Dr. Brown.

I am finicky and anxiety-driven, especially when it comes to dentistry. This is particularly difficult as I am prone to dental catastrophe. Dentist after dentist has left me lacking. Recommendation after recommendation, referrals from friends, and over the vast 36 years of my life I have found an hygienist or two of quality, but only a couple dentists with whom I could cope out of necessity. Thankfully, we're not here to discuss my temperament or lack of oral hygiene. We're here to discuss the dentist that finally made my golden list.nnToday, I have had my first dental experience worthy a true smile. Dr. Lindsey Miller met me graciously and LISTENED to my needs and concerns. She ensured my visit was comfortable (a daunting task) and proceeded to investigate some of what I believed to be petty complaints. While fixing two rather devious fillings (at least one received mere weeks prior), I found her standing at times and peering into my mouth at several angles. She made it clear she was interested in my oral health at every point during the treatment.nnIt could be said that any dentist is willing to get their hands dirty, but Dr. Miller proved to be hard-working to a unfathomable degree, at least, in respect to any one of my countless experiences...nnSaying it now, that I left the dentist with smile, feels amiss. Give Dr. Lindsey Miller a visit and see if you feel it, too. I bet you do.
