Lack of any customer service. They know they have you stuck though, (no other service in the area) so they don’t call back to address problems. High priced, poor connection. Update: Finally got ahold of someone they told me to keep a log of internet issues and they would call me back in 2 days. A week later still no return call.
This internet is slow and way overpriced. Sad, just sad.
Constantly drops and buffers. They are friendly sounding on the phone but they never call back to fix the issue like they say they will.
