We love this car wash. My wife and I both have the monthly membership. Staff is always very professional and polite. This is our go to place and we always refer friends and family. They are currently replacing their brushes so some times some of them aren’t working. I know they’ll get it all fixed and dialed in. Overall very happy with this car wash.
This is a great car wash and the wash does a good job getting all the dirt off the car. The only I wish was better is the hours of operation. I wish it was a 24 hour was. It never fails I go late 7 or 8 pm and they are closed. I wish they left at least the drive through open but I guess that would leave chance for the equipment to get damaged so I get it but even staying open until 9 pm would be awesome. Other then that it’s a great place and great people.
Not using them again.nLike so many others today, I decided to get a much needed car wash. Yes have a small convertible and paid $17 for their ultimate pro wash. The place was packed with a very long line. They did a great job of keeping the line moving; however, when I got done, my roof, back window and trunk are still covered in dirt spots left from the rain a few days ago.nThis is not the first time that I’ve needed a second round after getting a vehicle washed. This time I didn’t have the time to discuss with an attendant because I needed to get going. I think that for a $17 wash basic dirt spots shouldn’t be a problem.
Usually I am very pleased with my car wash but occasionally the equipment does not work properly. We got one of our cars washed yesterday and the two rollers that are supposed to drop down and wash the hood, windshield and top of the car did not come down. I had to go home and wash the bird poop off my windshield. It seems they should shut down the car wash when it’s not working properly.
Some changes have been made at this facility lately. Seems likes no one knows what's going on with the name of the business or how to contact them regarding my monthly billing management. Some brushes in the wash don't work.
