This is one of my favorite locations for Zips. The attendant was friendly, this location is not usually that busy and fairly clean; trash cans are cleared out regularly and garbage isn't floating around the vacuum area. The vacuums are also clean and in working condition, have good suction and even though you have to pull the hose through your car to get the other side it can reach. Pricing on washes are also decent and the drive thru cleans the car well, I live on a dirt road and my car gets muddy during the wet season, their washes have no problem cleaning off all the mud and red dirt from my car.

Been a member about 6 mos & I love it!! Quick but thorough clean, ALWAYS someone on duty to add the pre-sprays & guide you thru. LOVE that the vacuums are free & suction is exceptional. My car is cleaner than I've ever kept it in 5 years!
The Zips Carwash on Sonoma Drive in Norman has been closed since February 12th. I realize that week was due to damage the car wash has taken from the winter storms. My concern is Zips has not sent out a mass email to their monthly customers paying a subscription service to use their wash or any correspondence on a time frame on when or if the car wash is re-opening. Customer's recurring monthly subscription premiums should be prorated for the month of February, by 16 days and no recurring monthly dues should be charged for March until the car wash is back up and running.
No fan blowers at the end to dry your car off ud83dudca6, called 4 times to speak to someone, no answer! Definitely go to the one on west Main st.
