The road into the park is pathetic. The speed bump equipment is all broken. The mailboxes are deteriorating. Broken toys are in some of the yards & a lot of standing water after rain. I've learned that lot prices have continued to rise & no upgrades are being made. The playground is full of stickers & burrs.

Thought it was way out there in the middle of nowhere. But was actually peaceful and the people living there were friendly, and at least waved. Heard it was alot over priced. But really close to town, and the Great Thunder Valley is right down the street, you can hear all the cars when they race!!!

Parked our campers here during outlaw armegedon. Very clean restrooms and staff was great. Calling to book again for 2020

My lot rent for the trailer I own has gone up $130 a month since I moved here and bought my trailer five years ago. I’m on a fixed income so these periodically sudden sharp rises in rent worry me. I’ve enjoyed living here, but the future looks a bit bleak. I made my home here in the belief that I could afford to live here for the rest of my life.nI got a surprise bill from the park today for $179 for a $15 part that the plumber put on my trailer. I feel like a boulder just fell on top of me, especially since the plumber himself had given me the impression there would be no charge. I admit I had been really surprised about that because it did interrupt his day to come here and he did have to work for a few minutes installing that part. No one warned me that there would be a charge in spite of what the plumber had said about there being no charge. I assume he must have billed the trailer park instead of me and the bill was passed on to me. But I wasn’t prepared. I probably would have used a charge card had I paid the plumber directly, because I usually don’t have that much money at my disposal.nI’m nearly 70 and am seriously thinking I’m going to have to think of a cheaper, more predictable option for my retirement years. I cannot trust that I won’t be facing more surprises in the coming years — surprises that I won’t be able to afford. That thought is pretty scary.
