Good people in neighborhood but just seems as if not good management/maintaining of the homes in the park.
Lol I would never let my kids walk threw this park without a minimum of a handgun and a tazer. I've heard many nicknames for this park and none are flattering.
It's ok but the late fees on lot rent are astrinomical. 25 after the tenth and 25 every 5 days no cap. Runs into real money for living in your paid for home. Should be illegal.
It's a pretty quiet place to live
Very ran down and poorly managed most mobile homes have tires, by cycles, and what ever the can hold to keep on top of the roof due to so many leaks
