The manager is very kind willing to help anybody out. He does way more than he should for people. I feel very safe where I am located in the trailer park and my kids love it where we are at.

Manager is nice and forthcoming in the beginning, but completely different story if you are late on the rent. And almost in a harassing way, threatens to have functioning vehicle towed, i.e. if you have more than 2 vehicles, if it's touching the grass at all, trailers of any kind, 4 wheelers, any motor vehicle or anything with wheels. The neighbors grandma called the police on my 8 year old daughter making accusations that my child beat hers up, when in reality two 8yr old girls got in a pushing match /argument.

There are more co-mos in this place then rightfully ok.. keep your kids close.

The manager here at dove canyon is fare and honest. I feel my kids are safe to go out and play with out me worrying. Nice quiet place to live.
