The employees are so nice and really care about you. The coffee shop is located in the library, that is in the middle of campus, so there is always a line. They get your drinks out in a timely manner and they are good. Great place, they are always adding new things to the menu, it started off a simply coffee and some bagels now they have an assortment of pastries, a bunch of sandwiches salads and even sushi.
Their machines are always broken for weeks and the staff isn’t very friendly. Used to be a nice spot, I will walk to the Union from now on.
Active atmosphere, very busy at times but quiet between rushes, and plenty of plug-ins.

Just bought a doughnut there at 9 am and it's clearly from last night. It's hard and stale. Disappointed that they are to lazy or cheap to make fresh doughnuts during summer.
