My teenage daughter plays club sports and injured her knee. In the same week my physician sent me for some old injury rehab with core strengthening. Function PT did an excellent job identifying our needs and addressing what I thought was important, basic level issues. We both progressed or recovered quickly as they adapted and increased the level of P. T. My daughter healed well and received skills she can use on her own. I’m reaching a better state of health and will continue to use Function PT on occasion to keep myself healthier with age.

Friendly, encouraging, and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone recovering from surgery.

Best physical therapists! They’re friendly, flexible with scheduling and extremely knowledgeable. Most importantly, they always make me feel better. They’re my go-to for dry needling and cupping for stress knots and workout injuries.

Several years ago, while training for a half marathon, I was in so much pain I was walking with a cane. My friends and family all thought I had a stress fracture in my foot from training. Every step was very painful. But I wanted to just look at other options so I went to see Seaton who had presented to my training group at Red Coyote. I walked into the appointment hobbling on a cane. Seaton was very gentle with me. He used dry needling and explained it could be just very tight muscles referring pain into the foot. When I got off the table I had no pain. He had to stop me from running to grab something out of my car! I have never had the pain again. I did go see him for a few weeks and followed his recommendations on when to return to running and I was able to get back in time to complete the half marathon! I was so grateful for his help and haven’t forgotten how impressed I was with his professional, positive and friendly demeanor.
