I only used aspects of the store that were related to aquariums, so I can't really rate the rest of the store, but in that regards they had pretty good prices, better than the their competition I think. The store layout was so so, the selection was so so, but the employees mostly really nice and very helpful. So I enjoyed my experience there.

First and foremost I want to say thank you to Ryan F. Not only is he a phenomenal groomer, but he is an amazing and kind person. We rescued our 9 year old flat coated retriever, Sampson, and an hour later on a Saturday evening Ryan had him in for a bath and teeth cleaning. He did such a wonderful job and went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend you ask for him.

The store was clean. Good selection of dog treats, toys, and bathing items. Staff and most customers were wearing masks. Items are a bit more expensive than online options. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Today wasn't such a good visit for my doggy.nUsually the visits are smooth & go as planned.nThe pet plans for cares that Banfield offers are wonderful.nYou pay a monthly fee whatever date works for you.nThe plan saves me a ton of money, out of pocket.nMy doggy has allergies, that she takes medications for daily.nAll medications the vet prescribes are on hand. No pharmacy visits for medications.nIf your pet requires a special diet.nThe pet hospital is connected to pet smart so you would be able to get that special diet foods on hand.nThere are many Banfield pet hospitals & they offer great hours.nTuesday - Fridayn730am - 6pmnSaturdayn10 am- 6pmnClosednAll the pets that come to their appointments while me & my doggy .
