I cannot say enough positive things about Casandra the dog trainer! She is very patient, understanding, and overall cares for our dog’s needs. She has answered every one of my questions and made me feel confident about my stubborn puppy. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRAINING WITH CASANDRA.nnMany of the staff members recognize my dog because we come in so often for training. My dog absolutely loves the staff members.nnI update this review every few months. It’s been more than a year since we’ve started training and we’re still going. Casandra introduced us to a groomer (Stephanie) that my dog loves. We can tell that the staff love our dog because they’re always playing with him and keeping him entertained during grooming appointments. My dog loves the treats they give him and I never have to worry about him being mishandled.

I can't review the health, grooming, or training portion of this place, so keep that in mind. I enjoy going here. It has everything I need to keep my pet healthy, cleaned, and entertained. The pets kept here, reptiles, fish, small mammals, and birds, seem to be well kept and come in many varieties. You'll find whatever you need here and be met with fantastic customer service. Has a lot of animals but doesn't smell like it does.

This is a great store for finding certain things for your pets that you might not find online or especially when they have sales on items that are much better than prices online. The customer service is kind yet mostly unavailable, I'm curious if this has anything to do with our current economic state. But my last visit required that I wait almost 45 minutes for one of the two people working to be able to help me... Well I persisted and was able to get what I needed, it definitely took a lot longer than was probably actually needed.

10/10 you can pet other people's dogs, with permission, always with permission, and they have a good selection of supplies for most pets. They also price check but please be nice about it because these employees are doing their best and its a pandemic still.
