Terrible Service! I walked in only to get pricing and see if this center was a good fit for me. There were two individuals out front (Guy at front desk and Lady checking in guests). Though I get that their was a class but having me just stand there for almost 10 minutes was not a great feeling.

If you’re looking for a way to stay motivated Orange Theory is it!! It’s truly a great environment. The staff is SO friendly and the manager goes above and beyond always for her members. The coaches here are fun and the whole atmosphere is just a welcoming, inviting and positive place to be! Not to mention the workout itself is GREAT. I always leave feeling like I got a very good workout in. Great music too! Highly recommend anyone give it a try!

Great location in OKC but good luck with getting someone to answer the phone. I called several times and left messages about an item I left and no one answered. Classes were going on so I knew they were open. So I went up there and there were two people sitting at the front desk but no phones were being answered.

after months of calling, leaving messages, and sending e-mails requesting a membership cancellation for my step-daughter (who this studio signed up when she wasn't even 15 years old, using dad's credit card and charging $288 per month for over two years w/o his consent;) no one cared to call me back! I started last November and finally on February 3rd, 2020, one of the managers sent me a cancellation form that I returned back immediately. However, they are still charging us!! now a different amount... ($172 per month.) I've done all I can to try to get them to do what's right. no one in our family is using their fitness program, and it's not fair that they continue to charge us when I've officially cancelled this unauthorized membership to begin with, early in February. yet for someone to call me back, or respond one of my e-mails, or answer my call for that matter. very unprofessional and wrong doing on their end!

My home away from home. I feel like I spend as much if not more time at the studio coaching or working out. Come visit us.... it's the best 1 hour workout around!
