Colaw Fitness of Oklahoma City Gyms

I love it here! There are plenty of machines and equipment to where you don't feel like people are right next to you. I love the massage chairs and the bathrooms.... Deep breathe ud83dude31ud83dude31ud83dude31 they look like they are from a 5 star hotel! So much room and the changing area is enclosed within the shower. Just come and see it! You'll love it! Can't beat it and it's 24 hrs!

Great environment clean and so very reasonable plus you can bring a friend for free every day and tan. Plus the best massage chairs ever. Staff is very professional. Contacted my son D’adrian (as you may know him by Dee) to make sure he made it to work safely. He informed me that Stephen, his Supervisor fired him from Colaw today for not showing up for work. He stated there was no water in the entire plaza. All of the other stores were closed. How can you subject your employees to these working conditions during this pandemic and not to mention bad weather? How are your customers or employees suppose to use the restroom? What if your employees or customers needed to shower? How are you sanitizing your work space with NO WATER? Dee was not the only employee not showing up under these weather conditions. Was the other employees fired as well?nnDee seems to be Stephen’s target for whatever reason. This is Stephen’s second time firing Dee for no apparent reason. How is that? Did Stephen bring him back the second time to cover himself? Is this how you treat your employees?nnDee has bent over backwards for this company with not only google reviews but getting new members to join Colaw fitness. He was just asked if he was interested in an Asst Manager position. He covered any shift needed to keep Colaw going.nnHe subjected his family to the dangerous weather condition trying to get to Colaw only to find out there was no water.nnStephen has his favorites at this location. And apparently Dee is not one of them.nnI think it’s very unprofessional of how your General manager and Assistant Manager conducts business for Colaw Fitness.nnThank you

At my experience at Colaw I spoke with D’adrian. He was very friendly and was motivating. He shared his fitness story with me and made me feel very welcomed here. The gym was very clean and organized. Everyone always seemed happy and upbeat. This place is amazing along with the team members! 10/10 recommend :)

I've been going to Colaw for a short time as my sister's guess. But our schedules make it so that I can only go with her twice a week. It was time to get my own membership. Mandi(y?) (sorry for messing that up probably) was very helpful and nice!nnThe gym itself is clean, like really clean! I always see multiple employees cleaning something. The gym-folk also do a great job of wiping down their equipment. I still wipe down anything I touch before and after, but it's still nice. The atmosphere is comfortable and the gym is well maintained.
