My husband and I have been using the pharmacy for over a year and we get the worst service ever. Both of the pharmacists are snappy and rude and do not want to help people. If you ask them questions they have attitudes and I feel like they don’t fully answer my questions.

I had a time sensitive medication called in at 11am today. At 5:40pm I had to call to check the status (not a 24° pharmacy) and was told it would be ready in an hour. Gave them 2, called, STILL NOT READY. This is for 10 prepackaged pills put into a bottle with a label. Ridiculous. Made sure to pick up everything I had because I won't be returning. And clearly from the raving reviews, I should've started at Walgreens to begin with.

Came in to buy supplies for work and ask to have my receipt emailed but I never received the receipt or email. I call to have the receipt resent and they said they only have a FAX MACHINE and asked if Ihad a fax machine! No I do not own a fax machine and I'm not sure of anyone who does.. I thought she was kidding but no, apparently CVS is not interested in investing in their future and is content with using fax machines for their communications. Wow! If I were a CVS employee, I'd be looking for a new gig.

I just had surgery today and my dad went to pick up my medication from this CVS. He called 2 hours ahead of time to make sure they had the script and would start getting it ready. He went there to pick it up and not only had they not started getting it ready they told him that there would be seven people ahead of him and he would have to wait 45 minutes. I understand that right now things are a little crazier than usual but I feel like this is no excuse. it seems like every time I come to the CVS they've had a prescription in the queue but never get it ready until right when you get there. They are extremely inefficient and I am going to be switching pharmacies permanently from now on because of this.

Worst service ever!!! Literally holding 1 hr. My husband sat in line for an hr after working a 12 hr shift. They didn't have our medication filled and Literally said come back tomorrow.
