Overall the customer service at the Pharmacy has always been excellent. Today I took a friend of mine in so he could get his prescriptions filled. They treated him great, refunded him for an inhaler that was not the proper equivalent to the one he was prescribed. Excellent. Happy that they treated him good. Where I became dissatisfied today was that we had to return to the counter for an over the counter purchase that had to be done at the pharmacy and while there, just out of my friends hearing, the male pharmacist was making fun of a comment my friend made while at the counter, joking with his coworkers and making light of what my friend, his customer, said. From a Customer Service training standpoint, this is an absolute NO NO! If you have an opinion, critical or otherwise, about your customers, keep it to yourself please. If you need to voice it, make sure you don't leave your other customers with your opinions about other customers. How does that make your other customers feel when they talk to you, their pharmacist, about themselves or their circumstances. Sorry for the long post.

I go to this Walgreens quite often due to it being conveniently close to my house. Each visit Weatherby to pick up a prescription or get something from the front of the store has always been a pleasant experience! Not to say that every time I can just walk by what I need and be at the door within 5 minutes due to it being a very popular in high traffic Walgreens but I'm a patient person and see that the employees are working their hardest trying to appease each individual customer! Especially in pharmacy even when their being treated like everything is the employees fault they choose to try and pick up a prescription at the same time a ton other people are. I cant believe the things I've heard customers say to the pharmacy techs while I was waiting in line! I appreciate all your hard work and taking care of me each visit! Sorry about the narcissists that think their the only one important ones, appalled to the fact they have to wait in line like us common folk... Keep up the great work! Some of is common folks actually appreciate it!!

IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS!nnIN THE PHARMACY, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! WE'VE BEEN GOING HERE OVER 5YRS AND THE ORIGINAL TECHS & PHARMACIST(S) ARE GREAT. SOME OF THEIR WEEKEND/TEMP PHARMACIST(S) WE'RE RUDE AND AWFUL BUT THEIR REGULAR FOLKS HAVE BEEN NOTHING BUT A JOY. EVEN IF WE JUST CALL IN OUR RX'S THEY ARE ALWAYS KIND & VERY HELPFUL.nnCUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S BEST!
