Don’t sign up for the Extra Care card. Save yourselves! To cancel it, you must CALL CVS and go through two overseas operators to cancel. Huge huge fail. You read that right: you cannot cancel it in the store or online. Barbaric. Plus, the pharmacy is a solid 15 minute wait at all times.

These people are horrible. The ER called my prescription into cvs by mistake. The hospital said CVS would have to call it in to Walgreens, when I asked the pharmacist to do this she refused and said Walgreens would have to call her. Walgreens said the pharm with the prescription had to call it in, just like the hospital told me. She still refused and just got really rude and dismissive. And she would have been fine with me not getting my prescription they just don’t care, it’s just a job to them your health means nothing to them. Anyway, After 4 calls to the er they finally just called in another prescription to Walgreens. Stay away the the lazy people at CVS, too damn lazy to make a phone call.

Hit or miss with my prescriptions. Sometimes they're pretty quick like within 2 hours, sometimes they take a full 24 hours and don't call or text when it is ready. Still the only CVS I go to. The one right by my house never has my meds.
