I’m currently waiting for a prescription that is ready for me to pick up and have been in the drive through for 15 min. I’m at the window and the guy here doesn’t give two cents that I am waiting here. He is basically ignoring me and has for a long time. No I’ll be right with you or anything. I’m so tired of the way they treat me. I am ready to take all of my Perscriptions and move elsewhere. Where is the manager right now while cars line up behind me. They sure aren’t helping. Another 5 minutes has passed and still no I’ll be right with you. I waited over 5 more minutes still at the window with no one helping me or saying be with you in a minute. Not one person.

This pharmacy has very rude staff and are not willing to help customers get around obstacles in obtaining the prescriptions. The pharmacist on duty who answered the phone on December 13 at approximately 9:40 pm was raising his voice instead of suggesting a solution to an impasse.nnThe manager should look into these incidents as they are going to lose more customers because of such behavior from their staff.

This Walgreens is alright but the better part of it was the cashier maybe she was a manager but RaSheda has ppl skills galore that woman is very personable and she made my night with her patience with me lol I don’t think I got my new number correct anyway but she sure was happy to update me in the system. Good for Walgreens to have her on board she was a delight!! Thx RaSheda you ROCK!!! Give that woman a raise she earned it!!!!
