We had high hopes but this doc repeatedly says she will do follow up phone calls and does not keep the date or time scheduled. Makes appointments she does not keep because of 'running' late, visits with reps or flat out does not keep the telemed appointments at all. She doesn't bother to call to advise of the situation or reschedule at a better time. She should be much more considerate of her patients time regardless of situations that may cause delays by keeping them informed and allowing them to reschedule rather that wait literally all day for an appointment that never happens.

Dr. Matson is the most caring and heart-felt person I have ever met..nShe truly cares for you as a person and has the best bed-side manner and this is hard to acquire from most Physians today but not the case with her..nShe has been a ‘true’ life-saver for me..

Dr Matson is so AMAZING in her field of psychiatry. She remembers everyone by name and is very compassionate and is a very good listener. She is just one of the sweetest people I have ever had the chance of knowing....Everytime I see her I feel like I had a therapy counseling session....She is an excellent Dr and I would refer her to every person I know....nShawna Boyd

The wait is usually not to long! She is very sweet and i feel like she listens and explains things well! I would definitely recommend her to others! ud83dude0a
