Great place to workout, no matter your fitness level. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The equipment is top of the line, and from what I witnessed, each of the members go out of there way to keep it clean and sterilized.

Love Stand Strong Fitness! An amazing gym and just love Jill! Wonderful Christian family owned place! Love the class variety and the lay out feel... I don't feel like I am working out on top of other people as in other gyms in town.
