In this freeze I had a water line break. I went to get prices on things so I could get supplies and re-pipe half my house. The man was extremely rude! He asked me if I needed anything I told him what I needed and it was too much to take 4 minutes to help me because a load out needed done. I get things need done but seriously don't tell me you don't have time to help me when you asked. Ace got my money. While a little more expensive, I'd rather pay a little more when the man there listened to what I had to say, gave me a part, said that should work if not bring it with you when you take it apart and I'll fix you right up versus going to a place where I was apparently taking a few minutes..... They have lost my business.
