I had my 2011 Explorer detailed. $129 is a great price for a full size SUV (filled with crumbs from kids). I've paid more to have a mustang detailed. They picked it up and dropped it off. That alone is worth a lot...IMO.nnA few missed spots here and there, but they did get me in at the last minute on the day I called. I would recommend these guys to a friend.

I wanted to surprise my Dad on his 84th Birthday with a professional detail of his truck. I worked with Sean over the phone to make the arrangements. Sean was easy to work with and would pick up the truck at 10am and it should take 4 hrs. Sean was on time and brought it back when he said. I arrived an hour after it was delivered and was disappointed to see the issues I had. In addition to the pictures I posted, the glass was not free of water spots and in some places you can see wax that wasn't wiped off. For $129 I really expected a professional detail. I have no complaints with the interior, it looked fine. It may have been because of the Rock and Rumble weekend or a new guy but I won't use A1 again because they fell short of what is expected of a professional detail. Update- I read Shaunes response. While the original job should have been up to standards, the offer Shaune made to make it right is commendable and appreciated. If the opportunity presents itself to take him up on his offer I will be more than happy to share the results here. People drop the ball, that doesn't mean they don't improve. I wish him well
