This plaza is fast and even when crowded it offers quick pass through. Purchase of a pile pass would allow quicker pass.

Either not enough employees to handle the traffic or inefficient employees on staff. It shouldn't take 10 minutes to pay the toll which is too high to begin with. I know they make enough off of us to staff every booth.

This toll plaza has the best staff anywhere in the country. They're all very polite and courteous.

They have signs at last minute...I passed two of these then had to pull over back up against the traffic going to the office give them the $5 and they said I still got the $50 ticket I have to take a receipt end calling office they could not resolve the issue there and then soul after having it happen once coming out of Missouri you know I'm focused on the road I'm not reading every single little sign they don't have any vibrating strips I was extremely upset when I went through the second one and the whole process started all over again and I still have not dealt with this issue and I'm very upset
