I moved here recently and had an eye infection (?) over the holiday and I called the office to see if they could get me in as a new patient for an exam. They said I needed to travel back to where we moved from and see my original eye dr that they don’t see new patients who occasionally wear contacts (unrelated to my current issue) and have eye problems! What!?!? I was so surprised I just called another local provider for an appointment and got right in. I guess they don’t like new patients?
