Well they were very rude when I walked in wanting to purchase new glasses at first they told me they couldn't use my insurance even after I told them I had located their office do to my insurance company telling me they did so I then had to let customer service talk to the receptionist with my cell phone and then of course they except my insurance. I then purchased glasses and was told I'd get a call days before Christmas to pick them up I never did and have tried for over a week now to contact their office and still nothing heck they don't even have their hours of business posted as well as no way to leave a message or anything

Dr. Greiner has been my optometrist for over 20 years, and I am always amazed at his ability to remain so current in a rapidly moving field. His prowess in optometry is equally matched by his interpersonal skills and his ability to communicate with patients. I highly recommend Dr. Greiner without reservation.
