The owners are amazing people and have a passion for developing the Durant area. It is locally owned and managed. The apartments are upscale and very energy efficient. The grounds are maintained properly with beautiful landscaping and outdoor seating. The occupancy stays full because people do not want to leave this gorgeous community. Denny and his wife are some of the most geniune and down to earth business owners I have ever met. I love living here.
