I took my first college course here.nOld but sturdy facilities. A limited but concentrated library.nNice selection of coursework available during the summertime.nReally good set of labs for biological analyses.n...Just remember that if you wish to fish, you'll need a special permit for Lake Texoma. And if you only want to eat fish, there're plenty of places across the bridge.
In the 1990’s, I had the awesome privilege to work with Dr. Matthew and Dr. Fran Gelwick. Wonderful people, wonderful facility for any budding biological scientist! The lake where the Daphnia and more of God’s freshwater aquatic creatures call Home is beautiful and inspiring. I would encourage any science teacher to spend some summer time there.
