Ordered smashburger w/bacon, guessing they out of onions & pickles? Well I didn't cut it from my order. Burger overall ain't what it used to be.
cashier got my order wrong. took 25 minutes to get a burger. manager wouldnt fix my order. burger was burnt to a crisp. $20 for burger fries and drink for it to be this bad. would rate zero stars if i could
Always delicious. The most awesome caramel shake I've ever tasted. EVER. And the staff are so fun.
Really disappointing when you spend $30 for a meal that you can't eat. I ordered a double smash with light lettuce and NO onions. I even specified how much I hate onions, and a lg fry... Well I received my order and they gave me a regular fry, I told her I had ordered a lg. When she finally came back, she slammed the fries on my table and walked off... I went to go bite into my burger and it's covered in onions. I tried to get someone's attention and got ignored... Horrible customer service.. Couldn't even eat my burger because it tasted of onions. Great place to eat. Really love their food. Always have great experiences when I eat there. They really have a great team working there. Everyone is so nice and respectful. Everyone should give them a try!
