First time trying. Have seen it around but usually go to subway. Nothing against subway but really loved the hot roast beef. It was amazing. Will definately be coming back.

My first visit here. I went with my family. We ordered 7 sandwiches and sides and they had them done pretty fast with only 1 minor mix up. I very much enjoyed mine. It was way better than other sub places

My wife and I came into the store and the employees didn't even acknowledge our presence. When we ordered, the clerk seemed annoyed that we were even there.nnThey took forever for 2 sandwiches and a soup, all the while joking and using profanity in front of other customers.nnI spent almost $30 for my wife to find a hair on the tomatoes.nI got my money back and will not be returning.

Stopped in for a quick bite for lunch. I stood by the counter for a good minute, no acknowledgement or welcome. Finally stood in front of the register to place my order. Gentleman sharply asked what I wanted to order. I proceeded to take my seat. Another gentleman walked in and was immediately greeted and welcomed kindly. My order is called and as I walk up to receive my food the young lady behind the counter tosses my basket on the counter and turns away. A bite rude this place is. I have eaten at many other Firehouse Sub locations but this location is by far the worst. I think next I'm going to Subway.

I would give a zero star review right now if I could!!!! Before the pandemic I really liked their food. My wife and I don't get out much but was really wanting a good sub! I walked in to order a sub and not a single person there making the food was wearing a mask...unfortunately that is not even the bad part!! A customer was standing at the counter at the vegetables and toppings coughed over everything...no covering mouth and no face mask!!! I walked out immediately!!!!!!
