I went in to pick up my driver's license and the rude woman at the desk informed me she is not equipped and able to do the process to give me my license, even though I took the time to go to Ada and have the process completed all that needed to be done was give me the actual Oklahoma license. Either she is mentally incapable of handling this pandemic and therefore unable to perform the duties the residents of Bokchito need performed. This woman needs to be reminded of what customer service with a smile is supposed yo look like. I am sure she forgot how to be courteous to stangers.
