Clean with helpful staff
Love it! The classes Marta teaches are great. Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30pm. Heard you can join right NOW for just $1. Yes one dollar. In-house massage. My favorite part. A great gym for whatever your needs are.
Clean and friendly atmosphere. Plenty of space with a large variety of strength and cardio equipment. With over 12,000 square feet, it is a pleasant surprise for a town with a population of only 10,000. The group fitness classes are included with the membership and make a great place to start for anyone new to fitness. This place has been in business here for over 15 years with no sign of stopping. I love this place!
