We had a terrible experience when we had my daughters 3rd birthday party here recently. The girl that was there didn't acknowledge us when we arrived, played on her phone the whole time and played inappropriate music for young children. When we asked about filling up a water pitcher, the only thing she could offer was the bathroom- yuck. The worst thing was that she began to clean everything 45 minutes before our time was up, even going so far as to move our stuff out of her way. Every single one of our guests felt so uncomfortable that they left the party early. I asked twice to confirm the time we had left and she said yes both times, but continued to move chairs and our birthday items around to clean around us and our guests. I don't know why she couldn't have waited until our time was up to clean. We had all of our things cleaned up and out the door early.. I felt that it was a little high priced to begin with but to have such terrible service on top of it is ridiculous. I'm sorry to say I can't recommend to have a party here as we have few enough places in Durant to begin with.
