This pet store is a very caring business that contributes to our community by helping to rehabilitate cats. The staff is very knowledgeable, caring and passionate about animal care. Without the help of some of these employees and volunteers within our community our streets would be littered with feral and lost cats. Hats off to you guys! Keep up the good work and thank you for your community service, and for the animals that you all have helped. Also they keep everything you needs for several varieties of pets- so if you have a need for specific pets this is the place to go in Durant.

Employees were kind and ready to help. Clean and adoptions were clean and cared for. I will go back and adopt a couple of rescue cats today. Paws for Cause does a great job with having cats and kittens micro chipped, neutered and shots. Was pleased with store and manager. Young man was mopping floor and stopped to help me with info. Thanks you!!!

Lame worst pet store! The cashier was not honest about the return policy and the card/placard was hidden behind the register so you could not see it. Would not refund the purchase price. And this visit they have the smallest selection. Don't waste you time coming to the store location! Terrible customer service and even smaller selection. I will definitely not be coming back to this location. Man I definitely dont even want to order it online. But this company already has my money. And I got a gift card. And now they don't have anything I need or want. What a mistake coming to this store the manager was even less help instead of allowing me to chose how I wanted to proceeded. She simple threw it on a card then said sorry. It's to late I already put it on the card. I can't undo the transaction. So frustrating hope some one at their corporate office sees this and takes action.

Took my furbabies to get their nails done. My boy has sensitive feet, but the groomer worked with him and he let her trim his nails. She even was able to use the nail grinder to smooth out the rough edges.

I bought a betta fish and his tank here, the tank is good and my fish is still healthy. The cashiers are always nice. In the future I may work there as a summer job.
