We would like to commend Jose (Goldsboro location)for his dedication to his job. While me and my wife were setting up our mobile account we ran into some problems, Jose stayed on the phone with us until we got it set up. He was patient, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. His customer service was well above what we expected. Great job Jose!
This is the 3rd time I've ordered online in advance to arrive and find my order is late and not done correctly.nThis time I ordered at 6:19p for a 7:33p pick up. I arrived at 7:35p to find my order hadnt even been started. Was finally handed my order at 7:55pm. I'm very sad because I absolutely loved Jersey Mike's and used to recommend it to everyone.
I really enjoy the subs from here. I get a #7 which is Turkey & provolone cheese. I get it on white bread with bacon, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, salt, pepper & oregano. I get my pickles on the side. This is my fave from Jerseys! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is you have to order on-line. You can't call the store & place your order like you use to. I guess Covid has changed that too.
What a great place to grab a sandwich! They truly understand customer service! Friendly and genuinely helpful. And the sandwiches are FABULOUS! Skip the other places and go to Jersey Mike's it's totally worth it!
