Most places won’t give you a cup of ice anymore. Not only did the young lady notice I was filling my water cup with ice but she took the time to see if I needed anything else. It made my day, the little !
Order was EXTREMELY wrong. Employees had horrible attitudes. Order was wrong again. Box was badly misshapen and good was completely dumped in the box.
The service was terrible 6 head at the drive thru which translates to 2 working 4 standing around there were 4 people waiting on orders at the front line with only 1 person filling the orders the ones stand around at the drive thru didn't lift a finger to help on top of 2 people going through the drive thru and having their orders screwed up I'm definitely done with bojangles this time!
This place has the worst customer service ! Was trying to order couldn’t get order in for cashier fussing with another employee. They cuss out loud so everyone can here them. Rude as hell . Attitudes through the sky ..
Foods pre cooked not hot and fresh I'm back after two years reposting this waited this long just to see I should not have to contact anyone to fix this problem just look at your reviews about lukewarm or cold food I thank this company and other fastfood companies should pop in every now and then and just order something at different locations and you will see for yourself because if they know you're there sure they are going to do right
