I want to highlight the Berkeley store for the awesome manager and employees. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!nMy husband and I have ordered Jimmy John's on several occasions and the food is always 100% on point. However, tonight I ordered the new Kicken chicken-which I ordered when it first came out and was amazing!-but tonight, there was maybe 2 TBS of Chicken and no extra bacon. We called the store and talked to the manager and she was super friendly, apologetic, and she had the sandwich made again.nThe sandwich is as amazing as the first time I had it! We will continue to order from them because the sandwiches are always delicious and their customer service is amazing! The manager is going above and beyond to make her customers happy!!!

Been going to this Jimmy Johns ever since they opened. I ordered Tuna Sub. I couldn't even find but 2 small scoops of Tuna . I ask for oil and vinegar on it and that didn't happen till I had to ask for it after I started eaten. They were told to cut it in half and had to take it back up to the counter. There was no customer service at all. One lady did act like she cared if we were satisfied. But never again. It wasn't even worth sitting there and trying to eat my so called Tuna Sub.

Made a phone order and clearly requested two sandwiches of the same type. Received the order via delivery and the order was incorrect. Contacted the store and informed the order was wrong. The manager advised she would send the driver back with the correct order. The driver came back and picked up the original order and advised she would return with the correct order. A few minutes later we received a phone call stating the order could not be re made and that we must come and pick up the refund??? Aftee much debate they sent the poor driver back out with the refund instead of just re making the sandwiches.... Poor customer service and poor management. You would rather lose money and and time. Rest assured I will Not patronize this location or any other Jimmy Johns. Word of mouth does get around quickly!

Excellent sandwiches! Great service. The staff is kind and helpful. They take the time to greet you when you walk in the door. The food is fresh and fast. This location has taken significant measures to make their restaurant clean and safe to meet requirements designed to prevent contagions such as Covid-19. We eat here several times a month and will continue to do so. Enjoy!!
