I wish to share a really terrific experience with the Therapy team I had at the Cary, NC office. The team of: Diane, Caylie, and Chaitali were so professional and; especially, caring with my treatment regarding my total knee replacement. The use of the Aquatics pool was a huge factor in my recovery which helped me excel my recovery time to a shorter period.nAgain; Thank you to these three ladies, for their strict adherence to the Covid rules, kindness and professionalism to there patients, is of high credit to themselves and Hands On Physical Therapy.

After my accident I was sure it would take years to start to feel normal again but Jen and Joe helped me to start feeling myself within a short period of time. They are encouraging, patient and creative with my care. I recommend them highly.

I had a wonderful therapist, Jen, who was by my side and really helped me through a very painful time. I ended up having surgery for a frozen shoulder, but my time at Hands On was very helpful!

Attentive to my aches & pains with targeted exercises and “hands on” therapy. Keep you active for the entire session.
