This was my first time going through and to physical therapy. Working on different exercises and overcoming them all after my physical therapy was a plus. When I began, I was not doing so well At any of the exercises, but throughout the course of 12 weeks, I began to do much much better and I felt more confident in myself. Everyone here in Drayer treat you like a best friend, Sandra and Victoria are great people. I think them for all of their help.

Everyone is so nice and helpful! The receptionist is very friendly and accommodating. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I don’t know what I would have done without the help of the Physical Therapists, Amanda and Andrew! With their help, I’m finally starting to feel like myself again. I will definitely miss this place!

I got Dry Needling done with Chelsea yesterday. I sure was sore afterward! She really knows the right spots to target, and was very knowledgeable about anatomy and dry needling practice. She was also extremely kind and easy to get along with. Before I left, I made sure to schedule my next two appointments before she books up.

When I learned of my MS diagnosis in March, I felt lost and scared, so I knew I needed to quickly build a team of providers who would help me maximize my health and ability to function. High on my list of healthcare providers was a physical therapist.nnWhile I know I can’t fully control my health and disease pathway, learning the most about how my body works is what I view as the best strategy to know I’m doing my best to maintain my physical ability and health over time.nnWith a history of sensory integration challenges and ADHD, I was worried about if I would be able to handle the physical therapy environment and if I would be able to follow detailed instructions correctly. I can feel overwhelmed easily, and anyone working with me has to have a high level of patience to manage my extra time needed for comprehension, in addition to my need for a low stimulation environment.nnDrayer Physical Therapy managed to provide me with a superior experience despite the challenges I brought to each appointment. All of the therapists were knowledgeable of my diagnosis and how it affected me. They were able to assess me and target specific areas of weakness in my body, improving my quality of life. When I felt overwhelmed, each therapist knew how to accommodate my needs while still finding a way to keep me working toward my physical therapy goals.nnMost important to me, I was always included as a decision-making team member for my plan of care. I could bring up concerns or revised goals, and that information was integrated into my physical therapy plan.nnNow I am concluding my initial experience with Drayer Physical Therapy, and I feel personally empowered to maintain my routine at home. My confidence is strong because the physical therapists created a calm and supportive environment where I was able to discover my own strength and carry that self assurance into my daily life.
