Surprisingly good. Just popped in to get a quick bite, and left genuinely happy and surprised at the quality of food. Think Panda Express but better. Great service and very clean

The manager and staff of this place could not have been anymore sweeter. It was my first time here and I was personally introduced to the menu by an associate and then the manager himself gave me a free cookie for my first time visit. So so sweet. He made my rough day so much better in an instant in a way he was not even aware of just by being a super star at his job. Same goes for the associates. I will only go to this location if I ever get the urge again. Oh yeah, also, their food was delicious! High quality, hot, clean and yummy! Thank you guys for making my day!

I tried to place an order online and the system was down so I was happy to call and order curbside that way. The system is having a little bit of trouble so I was connected to somebody at the corporate level. That person then called the restaurant on Walnut Street to place my order and Don legitimately told him that he was refusing to take my order because they were too busy. I frequently visit as well as many of my coworkers do as well and I’m incredibly disappointed that instead of taking the time to simply take my order they flat out refused to take my order because he was busy the person I talk to at corporate stated that Don was incredibly rude and that nothing like this is that ever happened before. Don had stated he had a line out the door and he was not taking my order the irony of this was I was already at the store at curbside and there was not a line out the door and I saw many people coming in and out with their food. Shame.

This is the last time I’m ordering from here. The Togo orders are NEVER correct. I’m always missing ingredients, especially ones you pay extra for. This time I kept it plain and simple and they STILL messed up. I got the pesto cavatappi and no vegetables were made with it. I got noodles and cheese. That’s it.
