The owners had no respect for me as an employee. The owners gave me a hard time when I asked for my paper check. The owner offered me an advance because they did not pay me, then later on said that it’s against their policies to give me an advance. I was left in the store on one occasion by myself while another employee left for almost 2 hours. I would not recommend anyone to be associated with these owners. I felt used and the owners told me to “call trump” to do something about it when I told them I was dissatisfied

This was the dirtiest Subway I have ever been too. The floors needed to be moped badly and they had a ceiling leak with buckets catching the water right above the food! You would think because of covid-19 they would make a better effort to clean but I guess not. The quality of the food at Subway in general has gone down a lot. My sandwich was mediocre and overpriced. I could have gone somewhere else to eat a better quality sub.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever had at ANY restaurant let alone a Subway. The lady who owns this location was extremely helpful to me today. I went in and ordered my sandwich for lunch today and my card kept coming back declined and unable to read chip. So the lady gave me a receipt and told me to bring the money back later. She gave me my chips drink and sandwich on the honor system. She completely made my day. Please try this Subway next to the Bass Pro Shops in Cary,NC!! What an amazing experience!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!
