The ordering process was easy however as soon as we picked up our order my bf said it didn't smell right. We opened the box when we got home and the pizza looked thrown together. It was definitely the worst pizza I've ever had. We will not be ordering the Detroit ever again.

Items were exactly what we ordered. Food was nice and warm on pickup. Curbside delivery was slightly late.
This was the second time we had a bad experience with the pizzas from this store. Called the store manager about the issues after the first time. On both instances pizzas were half baked, cold and there was unappetizing odor. Manager seemed receptive to complaints and suggestions though.
Called to place an order & the young man who answered was a little confused about where he was because he said “ Thank you for calling Marco‘s can you please hold”. I was on hold for a solid 6 minutes hung up & called backed. Placed on hold again for another 4 minutes. I gave up & ordered from the Cary location where I received exceptional service. Morrisville location seems a bit disorganized & overwhelmed.
