Dude said he forgot the wings till he looked again. Almost sent me out without my cheese sticks had to wait for them to be made. Those are good, wings are good, pizza overcooked, undersauced. Has a staleness in the upper crust. It's like the staff would rather play on there phones vs pay attention. Also cold marinara sauce is gross. Heat it up and pay attention. This is trash pizza. Burned up banana peppers aren't very appealing
85-95 min wait and am 1.5 miles away hmmm? Good thing I’m saving the tip for after it’s delivered instead of including in the cost. Will change my review rating if it’s delivered and nice and hot.
We ordered stuffed crust pizza and wings. They forgot to give us our wings so we had to drive all the way back to get them. Then the pizza was terrible. It tasted like three day old dried up pizza. The cheese topping was hard, not gooey in anyway. The wings were okay, but too much breading for us. So disappointing.nnUpdate: They have redeemed themselves by responding to my email very quickly, apologizing and offering a free pizza to try again. Very impressed with the customer service!
The reason I decided to order Pizza Hut is because of an employee here named Nolan. I called in comparing the specials to competitors and he was filled with so much life, energy and positivity, it made my choice easy. Dealing with this Pizza Hut and especially Nolan was the best thing that has happened to me in an otherwise terrible year 2020. God bless you Nolan and God Bless Pizza Hut. (Not to mention the pizza was delicious)
Ordered online and pizza came very quickly and was fresh and hot. Delivery person was very friendly and pleasant. The store/delivery person included everything you would expect for a hotel room delivery ( napkins, forks, knives, plates, etc). Thank you for great service and experience.
