Ran in to get my kids each a jimmy slim on our way to the park and it took a lot longer than it should have. There was only one small order ahead of me and it would have gone along much quicker had the young employees stayed on task with making the sandwiches rather than standing around talking about their boyfriend’s surprise bday they are planning. Not only did it take forever for everyone’s orders to be made, but the bread on my two slims was hard and I had to remove a lot of it. Very disappointed.
Gave 2 stars because the sandwich was good but I have had much better. The bun was stale. So little lettuce. The staff is not friendly. Uncomfortable experience. Too many other sub shops to ever return.
The male clerk seemed to be in a bad mood and when I asked him why he sad they had been busy and he was tired , at 12:15, after being open for 2 hours.nThe sandwich was mostly bread without much other stuff and not enjoyable as I usually get from other Jimmy John's.
Great sandwiches every time. The staff here always amazing.
