The first time I ordered, the pizza box had greasy fingerprints all over it and the box look like it was dropped and stepped on.. The second time I ordered 2 personal pan pizzas and BOTH boxes were wet and so were the napkins and they were in a bag! And both times my food was cold.. I decided to give them another chance because I love Pizza Hut pizza and the delivery driver had the audacity to tell me that I forgot her tip! And the food was still cold! And don't get me started on the no touch delivery, no such thing!

Meh. That's probably the best that can be said about this. Service was good, we ordered pick-up and we only had to wait around 7 minutes for our food. The pizza and cheese bread itself was just... bland. Even if you get your favorite toppings on there, all of it is just tasteless. You can't taste the cheese, you can barely taste the toppings; I feel like a frozen pizza would have been better than this.

Rickea Hankins is worst manager ever. She has attitude and treat customer very badly.nIf you want to feel humiliated and disgusted go ahead and order pizza and talk to her.nI would avoid this place at all cost. DO NOT ORDER!!!

Everything I've ordered here the pizza is spot on..not to mention piping hot..they get it right everytime..& deserve great tips!!nGreat pizza & service!!!

Quality has gotten worse and worse every time I try and order from here. I waited an hour before it finally went out for delivery. When I got my order, it was cold and this crust looks just barely cooked through. Marinara cups are watery beyond any acceptable amount. I paid $30 for substandard food and the only thing in my order I fee comfortable consuming is the bottle of Pepsi.nnAdditionally, the no-contact delivery is a joke. When I check the box to “leave it at my door” I don’t expect to be met with a delivery person waiting & watching for me to pick up my order 3 feet away.
