I ordered online and they said my order was ready before I went to the store. But as I approached the door it wasn't available for the public. Which I understand but I had to call 3 times and wait another 10 minutes just to get my food after I asked was it ready. The steak subs were okay but the pizza was trash

Usually order pizza from this place with no issues, decided to grab one tonight. Delivery of course, but it never came. The app said delivered, so I decided to call the store. He put me on hold, then called me and asked me if I had checked outside to see if my pizza was there. It’s been corona for almost a year bud I know how contactless delivery works. He said it would be here in about 35-40 minutes. I was a manager in a pizza shop for about 4 years, and when something like this happens I make sure I usually make sure the customer would get something to make up for the lost time and cover the mistake. These guys don’t know that works I guess.

I'd like to speak to the exceptional friendliness of the staff here. I came by the store to pickup an order, and the woman who greeted me (apologies, I didn't catch the name!) was kind, neighborly, and upbeat. We had a brief chat about the Toronto, Canada area, and she mentioned that we could all use a little extra kindness these days. She was the one human I interacted with face-to-face today, and the exchange really made my day. Not to mention, my pizza was delicious! I'll happily continue to buy from this store. Keep up the great work, guys!
