We loved our experience at JM Edwards Jewelry! Absolutely amazing service. We had a pleasure of working with Karen and I felt absolutely at ease and taken care of while my engagement ring was undergoing some modifications (resizing). Karen was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, patient and responsive, and gave us a lot of information and advice about what could be done to my ring and what to expect. The ring came out looking amazing, and I can tell a lot of attention was paid to every detail of it, the finished look is seamless. We would highly recommend checking this place out, the service is unmatched.

I have always had a wonderful experience every time I’ve been in JM Edward. Most recently I had an antique diamond and sapphire pin of my grandmother’s that the incredible JME team turned into the most stunning ring for me. I would like to take an opportunity to completely retract my past review of JM Edwards Jewelry. When I first contacted them about a complete Rolex service I was not aware of the strict guidelines that Rolex demands of it's authorized dealers. After leaving my review I was contacted by Carl Edwards the owner and he was more than eager to make things right about sending my watch to Rolex for the necessary repairs as well as the ones required by Rolex. We were able to sit down and talk face to face and he discussed what he had to do as a Rolex dealer and I was able to get a few things that I was adamant about as a customer. And at the end of our conversation I agreed to let him send my watch to Rolex and I can't say enough about how happy I am with the outcome of this experience! My watch is absolutely amazing looking now and I have a whole new respect for Carl Edwards as a man of his word and a true business man. Something I thought was long gone in today's business world. I feel like I made the best decision to send my watch through JM Edwards to Rolex because Carl walked me through the process and made sure at the end of the day I was happy! Well I can honestly say Carl has a customer for life and he is an excellent source if you ever just want to talk about watches because he is truly passionate about them and so am I. Thanks to everyone at JM Edwards for making me over the top satisfied with the experience and I look forward to doing business again in the future!
