I came across Joint Venture through a newspaper ad while waiting at an airport back in about 2014 I think. Since then I’ve bought quite a few pieces (all online) as gifts for my wife and they’ve never disappointed. Donna will work with you to get what you’re looking for and will take the time to speak with you on the phone to make sure it’s all understood and clear.nThis is online shopping with an in-person feel. It’s great to support small business and the quality and value is good.nI’ll remain a repeat customer as long as my wife likes jewelry! ;-)

My fiance and I can't stop raving about how great our experience here was. Donna helped him find just the right engagement ring--she wasn't pushy, was mindful of our budget, and had an eye for design. We also used them to custom make my wedding band, and it is absolutely stunning. They are great at communicating in addition to designing, and we can't recommend them highly enough!

Joint Venture Jewelry was amazing. My husband wanted to get me a new engagement ring and we were looking around and I reached out on a day they were closed. Donna started responding and answering my questions on her day off via their text service and called and was close to coming in to the office just to help get us the ring we wanted. They worked with us so well and were so helpful and sweet and while I went in thinking I wanted one thing, they helped me find something I loved even more. They were quick, professional, and so helpful and I will recommend them to anyone. Don’t skip over them we had the best experience and now I love my new ring!

Great website and selection. Images and quality represented matches actual product. I had super support from Donna throughout transaction. While I had been focused on a particular piece, Donna recommended I select several on-line and she would have them available for my in-store appointment. Upon arrival, I was nicely greeted, and Donna was great asking questions pertinent to my ultimate selection. While I purchased my main selection, seeing the variety of items really solidified the purchase. My favorite parts of experience were: great on-line service/communication; comfortable and relaxed in-store experience; quality items; and I didn't feel patronized as a man shopping for jewelry -which was the case in some other stores. I highly recommend this place. I stopped in today, to have them take a look at two pieces of jewelry that were left to me, but weren’t really my style. I was looking to explore my options as to what I could do with them. Staff was very knowledgeable and ultimately took my ring, and are going to refurbish it with a new stone that is much more “me!” Most jewelers won’t do this, or will charge you and arm and a leg. I was very impressed with this establishment and I can’t wait to see how my ring turns out!
