Johnson's Jewelers of Cary

The folks over at Johnson's Jewelers in Cary made a beautiful wedding band for my wife! She absolutely loves it! It exceeded both of our expectations. The staff was very good about listening to what we wanted and put together the exact design that my wife had in her mind. They were great on communication and it was fairly quick turn around time. I definitely recommend them for your next jewelry needs!

Just had a watch battery changed there. They came outside to get it and returned it to me outside. They were quick and the watch now works. I am pleased.

This place gave me both today and I’m compelled to write a review.nI highly recommend Johnson’s Jewelers of Cary. I had called in yesterday when they were closed and left a message. I got a phone call returned the next day just before their opening hours with all the information I had needed for a repair to my gold chain.nOnce there, I had a truly ‘small family business’ experience. The shop had two lovely ladies and a gentleman working there with the most positive and professional attitude. They fixed my chain in no time and what a surprise...for no price (it may have been a small job and took the lady 3 minutes max to fix the little hook on the chain, but that’s still 3 minutes of her business time plus I was prepared to pay at least $10 for the service) so I was very positively surprised.nnSince it is a jewelry shop where there is not much option for impulse purchases as a thank you :) I did take down their number and I now know where I’ll be going for my future jewelry purchase or repairs. I will also recommend this place to a family or friend.
