I was lied to today they said they closed at 7:30 the first person said I’ll bake you 6 chocolate chip cookies at 6:45 pm and the other worker tells me oh we don’t have none then switched her story to “I can’t bake you 12 cookies and give them to you” while I hade my debit card in my hand. I asked for a manger multiple times and wasn’t able to speak to one. All I wanted was cookies but to refuse to make any because y’all “close” 45 minutes later means what are you getting paid for ? If you can’t work in your last hour GET OFF THE CLOCK!!

Honestly, 1 star is too gracious. If I could give a quarter of a star, that'd be more accurate.nnJust moved up from Mobile, AL so new to the area.. I realized I was 15 minutes before closing time, but I tried to be quick. What looked like a teenage girl with black hair made my fiancés and my food but had a horrible attitude as if we were an inconvenience. Highly unprofessional.

Have given this place many chances. Never makes the sandwich correctly. On a foot long sub put 12 meatballs.... asked for light sauce and didn’t get it. A different time asked for a turkey sandwich to be toasted - it was dropped on the ground. Okay mistakes happen. Made the second one with attitude and didn’t put it on the correct toast setting. Cheese wasn’t even melted and bread was still soft and cold.

Shouldn’t have expected much from this place, teenagers with terrible attitudes who are extremely unprofessional. Had to report a girl named Cameron for her nasty attitude.

I usually went to the same subway because I enjoyed the man working behind the counter. To my surprise it was closed down. So I went down the street to another Subway. Where apparently the same man had been moved to this one! Was very excited to see him and have him make our food!!
