Great Taco Bell on Jake Alexander Blvd W in Salisbury, NC! I’m fairly certain the employee who helped me is Steven. He’s a remarkable employee. He actually seems to care. He asked me how my day was going and made sure everything was perfect before I left the drive-through. My nachos were some of the best I’ve ever had because he added to the pleasure of them. Is Steven a contender for best fast food employee in the state of NC?? I would nominate him!

For the first time in years, I was treated like a human being and there was actual meat on my Crunchy Supreme Combo. I thanked them for the best tacos I'd had in years there and they were highly thankful/even more respectful. I had to pinch myself because I thought it was 1994 again. Taco Bell yes, but it was definitely a memorable experience. Thank you and great job!nn....ok I'm back again....nn...these tacos...amazing...wow

Love this taco bell. Always clean and the food looks like the pictures. Imagine a fast food joint where the food is as big and appetizing as the pictures

It is Sunday, 2/21. Not sure their names but the people working tonight are rude and incompetent. First they gave us 2 pepsis that were literally clear, with a slight brown tint. Obviously the syrup was out. When I requested something else one woman took my drinks and angrily threw them away and another gave me my replacements. While driving home turns out even my replacement was wrong. Ordered Mt. Dew, got diet. After arriving home, saw that I'm also missing 2 burritos. I'd normally call or go back but I'm not wanting to deal with their attitudes. No reason to act that way. If you don't want to work in a customer service job, find a new job. Period.

Very well made tacos (most time u barely get anything in them at Taco Bells) only thing that they could change is to adjust thermostat with temp outside. It was cold outside and inside as well.
